Beyond his high intellect and assiduity, he is entirely conscientious for his work, modest yet not humble, confident yet not complacent.

Also worth mentioning is his good performance in a reducer project. He mainly took charge in the design of two level gears transmission reducer.

Upon my observation, Mr.x has been fully prepared to undertake the further education in your university.

Frankly speaking, he really had the potential as a researcher. During the period I taught him, he told me that he became more and more interested in Mechanical Engineering. According to my advice, he read many western classics,

In addition, Mr. X was not a bookworm devoting exclusively to exams. He took part in many social activities. He impressed me by some commonweal activities. For example, he used to organize 30 students to visit the old in the resthome.
